Human Resources Manager - Manufacturing - Base Salary to 110k/year - Somerset, PA
- Our client, who fosters a culture that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team.
- The Human Resources Manager will oversee employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The Human Resources Manager will also implement HR strategies to support organizational goals and foster a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Operations and HR teams to analyze workforce trends and metrics, leveraging insights to develop and implement innovative solutions, programs, and policies.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for recruitment, employee retention, and talent development to align with the company’s growth objectives.
- Lead and oversee key HR lifecycle events, including onboarding, performance management, merit review processes, open enrollment, offboarding, and other related activities.
- Serve as a coach and consultant to plant leadership, fostering a competitive organization and promoting a culture of being an employer of choice.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, ensuring effective coaching and resolution strategies.
- Apply expertise in employment law and sound judgment to address employee relations matters in partnership with leadership and legal advisors.
- Ensure seamless HR service delivery while building and maintaining strong partnerships in a matrixed organizational structure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required).
- 3+ years of HR management experience.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Compensation:
- Base salary to 110k/year
