Mill Ballet School is a premier dance institution training both recreational and pre-professional dancers in a supportive, high-level environment. In collaboration wa variety community entities students gain access to professional productions and unique performance opportunities.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing & PR Associate to help drive enrollment, increase visibility, and execute marketing campaigns.

This is a hands-on execution role combining:

• Digital marketing

• Content creation

• PR outreach

• Lead generation systems

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Ads

• Manage and optimize:

• Google Ads

• Facebook & Instagram Ads

• TikTok campaigns

• Monitor performance and adjust for ROI

Content Creation

• Create and post social media content

• Capture in-studio video/photos

• Edit videos using CapCut

• Maintain consistent posting schedule

Website & Funnel

• Update Wix website

• Build landing pages

• Support full funnel:

• Lead → nurture → conversion → enrollment

Public Relations

• Research media outlets

• Build local partnerships

• Create and send:

• Press releases

• Media kits

• Execute outreach campaigns

Lead Generation & Systems

• Research and build customer leads

• Track activity using Monday.com or CRM tools

• Support email campaigns

Design

• Create graphics using Canva

• Maintain brand consistency

Qualifications

Required

• Interest in dance, arts, or youth programs

• Experience with:

• Social media marketing

• Google Ads / Meta Ads

• Basic video editing (CapCut or similar)

• Familiarity with Wix

• Strong communication and organization skills

Preferred

• PR/media outreach experience

• Funnel marketing knowledge

• TikTok growth experience

• Canva + CRM tools

• Photography/video experience

Compensation & Schedule

• $18/hour

• 20–25 hours per week

• Flexible scheduling (mix of in-person + some remote work)
