We’re looking for detail-oriented, dependable Inspector Packers to help us power up our new paper plate manufacturing facility in Leola, PA.

 

As an Inspector Packer , you’ll be on the front lines of quality—ensuring that every product meets the high standards our customers expect. What you’ll do…

• Inspect finished products and verify package counts
• Tape boxes and manually transfer product to stacking area
• Assemble flat cardboard into box shape for shipping products
• Perform quality checks at scheduled intervals
• Start and stop machinery according to standard operating procedures

What you’ll need...

• Ability to meet safety and quality standards
• Ability to observe, follow, understand, and evaluate processes demonstrated and other workplace procedures
• Demonstration of minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training and on-going communications about safety and quality issues
• Six (6) months experience with inspecting, packaging or performing quality checks, preferred

Work Schedule & Travel:

• Initial schedule will be Monday–Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM.
  • Will transition to 24/7 operations later this year; flexibility required.
• Travel is required (up to 50%) for the first several months/throughout 2025-2026. Travel will be for onboarding, training, ongoing operational excellence and other purposes. Travel will, for the most part, take place Monday – Friday, but some weekend travel may be required.
