Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Employment Type: Part-Time to Full-Time
Pay Rate: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour (competitive, based on experience) Sign on bonus after 90 days!

Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated male and female Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. DSPs play a vital role in helping individuals live meaningful, independent, and fulfilling lives within their communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and supervision to individuals in home and community settings
• Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Support individuals in achieving personal goals and increasing independence
• Facilitate community engagement, recreational activities, and social interactions
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background checks and clearances
