Bilingual Recruiter

Randstad InHouse Services is seeking a seasonal recruiter to assist our onsite team in staffing up to 250 warehouse associates for our location at a distribution center in Annville, PA The preferred schedule would be from 10:00am-6:00pm with being flexible if hours are needed to change some days/weeks depending on needs. If you have worked in general administrative office roles or primarily in customer service or retail this would be a fantastic way to get experience in the recruiting, staffing, and administrative fields. Previous reruiters in this role have gone on to permanent positions withing the company and have continued careers in HR and office support roles. Candidates must have be comfortable and skilled working in various computer programs to include Windows, Microsoft Office, and internet browsers. English/Spanish bilingual is a plus but not required. Responsibilities

Our recruiter positions will assist the onsite team with Randstad at DHL in recruiting, screening, hiring, and placing candidates into warehouse associate positions for our busy peak season. Candidates must be comfortable working with applicants over the phones, through email, social media, and in person. Qualified candidates must have a knowledge of computer processes and be comfortable learning new programs and internal computer processes. Recruiters will also perform work orientations and tours of the building for new applicants and perform multiple other adminstrative functions such as filing, printing, copying, and auditing. This position will be 40 hours and recruiter has to be okay with working at least one weekend day a week with having a day off during the week and/or two weekend days and two days off during the week. Shift hours will be 10am-6pm (flexible) and paying $22/hr
