Linde Corporation is currently seeking experienced and motivated Heavy Equipment Operators to become a part of our team. This position requires the operation of heavy equipment in order to achieve daily production goals. Qualifications
- Must be proficient at operating Heavy Equipment (Excavator, Bulldozer) to complete a variety of tasks (bulk excavation, loading trucks, fine grade work, trenching, backfilling, and etc.)
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform routine maintenance (inspections, greasing, fueling)
- A willingness to occasionally work long hours, atypical hours or weekends
- Strong initiative (self-starter), problem-solving and communication skills, and attention to detail
- Valid Driver's license
Responsibilities
- Operate equipment in a professional and safe manner
- Responsible for the maintenance and inspection of provided equipment
- Must be willing to travel to project sites that may include out of town projects
- Be able to take instructions from supervision on site and carry out tasks as instructed unsupervised with safety in mind
