Expediter

As an Expediter at JKJ Nuth LLC d/b/a Nifty Fifty's, you will be required to oversee quality and appearance of food in order to provide our guests with quality & appearance of food. In addition to controlling the food, you will be responsible for cooking all fried items. You assist with the overall meal experience of our guest. You will work hard at providing outstanding customer service and making our valued customers feel like a part of our Nifty's family.
Pay Rate: $13.00
Responsibilities and Duties
- Prep, set up, and work the expo station
- Maintain product presentation, quality, and cook time standards
- Orchestrate serving food orders from each area of the kitchen to best serve customers
- Practice sanitary and safe food handling in accordance to the state board of health
- Clean and sanitize the work area throughout the shift
- Instruct available servers to deliver completed food orders
- Maintains a clean and sanitized station
- Prepared and cook fried foods
- Clean, strain or change, and dispose of oil for fryers
- Cleaning and changing fryers
- Complete daily and weekly cleaning projects
