Works with a cross-functional team that encompasses representation from all divisions to understand current challenges. Works to define our current processes that support the Marketing, Provisioning, Customer Care and Technical Operations and to define the future state that will be enabled through technology. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. **Job Description** **Core Responsibilities** + Conduct research and data analysis to support GenAI model development. + Work with internal business stakeholders and departments for discovery, onboarding, and compliance. + Build and fine-tune GenAI models using frameworks like Adobe Firefly, Anthropic Claude, and Google Vertex AI for marketing use cases such as product descriptions, ad copy, and customer FAQs. + Perform prompt engineering and model evaluation for specific business tasks. + Analyze model outputs for accuracy, bias, and relevance with campaign data to evaluate the impact of GenAI-generated content on engagement and conversion. + Create dashboards and reports to communicate GenAI insights to stakeholders to visualize GenAI performance across channels and segments. + Collaborate with data engineers to prepare and clean training datasets. + Document model assumptions, limitations, and performance metrics. + Conduct sentiment analysis and brand tone checks on AI-generated content. + Stay current with GenAI trends in marketing, including multimodal content generation and AI-driven personalization. + Provide technical support and troubleshooting for GenAI applications and support for marketers using GenAI tools in campaign planning and execution. + Document model assumptions, prompt strategies, and content approval workflows. + Contribute to internal knowledge sharing on GenAI best practices, creative experimentation, and training materials on GenAI. + Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. + Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
