Pay: $10/hr + tips (average $80+ per shift )
Hours: Part‐time & full‐time available
Environment: Fast‐paced, high‐volume brunches & busy weekends
About Us
Set NoLibs is one of the busiest restaurants and bars in Northern Liberties, known for our high‐energy brunches, packed weekends, and Asian‐fusion bar food. We’re looking for a reliable, fast‐moving Food Runner to support our FOH team and keep service running smoothly.
Position Overview
Food Runners play a key role in delivering a great guest experience. You’ll be responsible for running food, assisting servers, keeping the dining room organized, and ensuring dishes reach tables quickly and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Run food from the kitchen to guests efficiently and accurately
- Assist servers with clearing tables, resetting, and guest needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room and expo area
- Communicate clearly with BOH and FOH teams
- Support high‐volume brunch and weekend service
- Ensure dishes are presented correctly before leaving the kitchen
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Weekend and brunch availability required
- Reliable, punctual, and guest‐focused
- No prior experience required — we will train the right person
