Service Bartender

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and a friendly demeanor, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests following established recipes and guidelines
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction
- Take orders and process payments accurately using cash registers or POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on guest preferences and menu offerings
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of various alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink costs
- Familiarity with cash registers or POS systems is an asset
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
