Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time School Psychologist position is available for the upcoming school year at a K-12 school located in Lebanon, PA. This contract role offers an opportunity to work closely with students, educators, and families to support student success through evaluation, assessment, and intervention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for K-12 students to identify learning, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct counseling and behavioral support to students as needed
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide intervention strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with legal and ethical standards in psychological services
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
- Valid state certification or licensure to practice as a School Psychologist
- Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention techniques, and special education law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders
