Hardscape Crew Leader

As a Hardscape Crew Leader, you will oversee and participate in the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor features. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, leading a crew, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a crew in the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment required for hardscape installation
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely project completion
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
Qualifications
- Experience in hardscape installation or related construction work
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to read and interpret project plans
- Physical ability to perform outdoor manual labor in various weather conditions
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
