Your role as a Certified Medical Assistant

As a Certified Medical Assistant at Industry Health Solutions in Hatfield, PA, you'll play a crucial role in our front office operations by greeting patients and managing in-processing and data entry with efficiency and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include patient care coordination and maintaining interactive communication with our dedicated medical staff, ensuring a seamless experience for those we serve. You will occasionally conduct triage procedures for initial evaluations of musculoskeletal disorders and injuries, such as sprains, strains, lacerations, and contusions.

Additionally, you will carry out safety surveillance procedures like pulmonary function testing, hearing tests, eye exams, UDSs, and mask fitting. Your expertise will also be essential in assisting with medical testing, injections, blood draws, and screenings, while actively participating in case management meetings to deliver high-quality healthcare solutions to our patients.
