Landscape Account Manager

MMC Land Management is a family-owned commercial land management company with over 120 employees and locations in Gibsonia, Robinson Township, and Washington, PA. The Landscape Account Manager plays a key role in managing a portfolio of commercial landscape accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and enhancing the value of each client's landscape investment. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, lead field crews, and contribute to the growth and success of a respected company in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, serving as their primary point of contact for landscape management services.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client landscapes by recommending and selling additional services and upgrades.
• Create landscape designs using the company’s design program to meet client needs and expectations.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee the daily activities of multiple field crews to ensure high-quality landscape maintenance and project completion.
• Monitor contract specifications, budgets, and client requirements to ensure all services are delivered as agreed.
• Communicate proactively with clients regarding landscape issues and solutions.
• Support the development and training of junior team members, fostering a positive and team-oriented work environment.
• Participate in snow removal activities during the winter season for additional compensation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in landscape management, including leading multiple crews and projects.
• Associate’s degree in horticulture or a related field; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Experience in landscape maintenance and design, with the ability to create designs using company software.
• Exceptional client service skills and a proactive, self-starting approach to work.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to perform snow removal duties during winter months.
