Position Overview
Custom Filters Direct is seeking a dependable and flexible Warehouse Associate to support both order picking and shipping operations . This role will move between areas as needed to ensure orders are picked accurately and trucks are loaded efficiently.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced position ideal for someone who is comfortable supporting multiple areas of the warehouse.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday - 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM ( Overtime may be required based on business needs)
Key Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately using pick tickets or system instructions
- Prepare and stage orders for shipment
- Load trucks safely and efficiently to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Assist with inventory movement and organization within the warehouse
- Support both picking and shipping teams based on daily needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
Qualifications
- Cherry picker certification required OR recent experience operating one (certification can be verified or renewed upon hire)*
- Previous warehouse, order picking, or shipping experience preferred
- Experience loading trucks is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs
- Frequent bending, reaching, and light lifting
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and at heights
