• A hands-on, guest-focused leader with a passion for hospitality

• Experienced in managing high-volume, full-service restaurants

• Skilled at building strong teams through coaching, training, and mentorship

• Financially savvy—comfortable with budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls

• Highly organized with a focus on operational excellence

• Adaptable, solutions-driven, and committed to creating a positive workplace culture

• Oversee daily operations with attention to quality, consistency, and service

• Recruit, train, and develop top-tier front- and back-of-house teams

• Lead by example, fostering a collaborative, enthusiastic, and professional environment

• Maintain strong relationships with guests, staff, and the local community

• Manage financial performance, including labor, food/beverage costs, and P&L oversight

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company standards
