Schedule / Expected Work Hours:

• Primarily weekday day and evening shifts; weekend availability required as needed.
• Service area includes Chambersburg, Harrisburg, Lebanon, Lancaster, York, and surrounding communities.

Five Star Bath Solutions is continuing to expand, and were looking for a high-energy, results-driven Salesperson to take warm leads and turn them into revenue. This is your opportunity to be on the ground floor of a brand-new franchise, leading from the front while closing deals and becoming the foundation of a high-performance sales team.

What Youll Do:

• Run in-home sales appointments with qualified homeowners (no cold calls).
• Learn and use our proven 5-step sales process to present solutions; no guesswork, just results.
• Close deals effectively (40%+ close rate when system is followed).
• Report results immediately after each sit.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience in home improvement or other high-ticket, one-call close sales.
• Track record of $500k+ annual sales preferred.
• Goal-driven, resilient, thrives in a performance culture.
• Strong ability to connect through questions and listening.
• Willing to work evenings and weekendswhere the money is.
