Home Health Therapist

We are seeking multiple Home Health Physical Therapists (PTs) to support high-demand coverage areas across IL Market.

This is a field-based role , providing in-home therapy services to patients. Multiple therapists are needed to cover the locations and surrounding areas listed below:

Home Health PT Coverage Areas: -

• North Philly (Hunting Park / Nicetown)
• Limerick (Collegeville))

Position Details

• Primary Need: Full-time commitment
• Productivity Expectation: Approximately 30 visits per week for full-time W2 employees
• Territory Coverage: Flexible geographic territories available in most markets
• Employment Type: Open to full-time W2 or 1099 arrangements , with a strong preference for clinicians who can commit to full-time availability
• These territories have consistent patient volume , and the agency ensures sufficient patient assignments to support a 30-visit work week. In rare cases of short-term fluctuations, referrals and territories are rebalanced to maintain expected productivity.
• These openings reflect continued growth and strong operational performance.
