What would you do as a Industrial Athletic Trainer

As a new Industrial Athletic Trainer at Industry Health Solutions, you can expect a dynamic and engaging daily routine focused on enhancing workplace wellness. Your day will begin with a morning shift rotation between 6 am and 11 pm, with options spanning from 6 am to 2:30 pm, 6:30 am to 3 pm, 7:30 am to 4 pm, or the later shift from 2:30 pm to 11 pm. You will start each day with a thorough assessment of workers' physical needs, followed by implementing tailored rehabilitation programs and injury prevention strategies. Collaboration with team members, management, and clients is essential, as you'll conduct workshops and training sessions on best practices for health and safety. Additionally, you will monitor and document athletes' progress, adapting treatments as necessary while maintaining a high-performance and customer-focused approach.
