Job Overview:

We are seeking motivated office staff to join our dynamic team. We specialize in Tree Care, Plant Health Care, and Lawn Care. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, with experience in utilizing software tools such as our CRM to track leads and manage customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.

Utilize warm calling techniques to follow up on previous interactions and nurture relationships with potential clients.

Research and identify target markets to effectively position our products and services.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in Jobber our CRM software.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for converting leads into customers.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and providing relevant information about our offerings.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine lead generation strategies.

Monitoring Facebook posts, excel reporting, checking emails, and keeping track of sales goals.

Requirements:

Strong skills in outbound calling, with the ability to effectively communicate value propositions.

Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Jobber, for tracking leads and managing customer interactions. We will train you to work on our CRM if you are not familiar.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with potential clients.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to achieve sales targets.

Prior experience in customer service is a plus, enhancing your ability to engage effectively with prospects.
