Staff Accountant
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial statement preparation, and general ledger management
- Strong knowledge of budget preparation, financial reporting, and compliance standards
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with accounting software and spreadsheet tools, such as QuickBooks, Excel, or similar programs
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA certification or progress towards certification is a plus
- Experience in the retail or grocery industry is preferred
- 3+ years of work experience with Microsoft Excel
