Position Overview
The Customer Sales Representative will work directly with customers in person to provide tailored product and service recommendations, build relationships, and close sales. This is an on-site, Monday–Friday position ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, developing their sales skills, and contributing to a team-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers in person to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
Build lasting relationships with customers through excellent communication and follow-up.
Represent client brands professionally and accurately.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and client offerings.
Record and report customer interactions, feedback, and sales outcomes.
Collaborate with team members and management to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred but not required.
1+ years of sales, customer service, or related experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude
