Your Role:
Be the friendly, professional voice and face of our firm
Support clients and team members with scheduling, calls, and correspondence
Coordinate with trusted partners such as CPAs, estate attorneys, and healthcare professionals
Handle client service needs with Charles Schwab
Manage administrative tasks (filing, data entry, project coordination)
Contribute to a smooth, positive client experience every step of the way

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in client service or administrative roles (financial, legal, hospitality, or similar)
Strong organization and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and phone etiquette
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
