Now, we're hiring a full-time Fleet Service and Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our Reading, PA team, keep our work trucks and vehicles in peak operating condition, and be part of a hardworking construction crew when needed. We're offering excellent benefits and a competitive salary of $25 - $35/hour (based on experience and qualifications)!

Your Day-to-Day as our Fleet Service and Heavy Equipment Mechanic:

• Accurately diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in various vehicles, trucks, and heavy machinery
• Performing exceptional repairs and maintenance to fully address problems and prevent future breakdowns
• Completing routine inspections and performing preventative maintenance
• Traveling to job sites for mobile service calls and repairs
• Meeting all quality standards, company expectations, and safety protocols
• Completing detailed service reports, coordinating with the operations team, and tackling other responsibilities as assigned
• Supporting construction crews with field work and project needs when required

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of experience repairing and maintaining fleet vehicles or heavy equipment
• Valid and current Class A or B CDL
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to perform mobile repair work at various job sites
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
