As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Topton, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or site concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and report suspicious activity, hazards, and/or policy violations in accordance with post instructions.
• Support daily operations by observing equipment and vehicle traffic patterns, assisting with visitor direction, and following established security-related procedures for the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
