Location: Beaver Falls, PA 15010
Schedule: 40 Hours per Week
Available Shifts:
Shift 1:
- 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
Shift 2:
- 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
Shift 3:
- 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
Job Overview:
We are currently hiring for a Psych Tech 1 position at a long-term structured residential facility located in Beaver Falls, PA. This 16-bed residential unit provides treatment and support for individuals with serious mental illness in a safe and structured environment.
Residents typically stay for 6 months to 1 year while receiving psychiatric care, group therapy, and one-on-one therapy. The goal of the program is to stabilize residents and support their successful reintegration into the community.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to residents with mental health conditions
- Monitor patient behavior and report any concerns to clinical staff
- Assist residents with daily living activities and treatment plans
- Support a safe and therapeutic environment
- Work closely with psychiatric professionals and treatment teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of experience in mental health or behavioral health setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a structured residential treatment environment
