Snow Removal Crew

No prior experience is required for entry-level roles, and training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Hand-clear snow from walkways, steps, building entries, and areas inaccessible to equipment
- Apply ice-melt and salt to maintain safe surfaces for pedestrians and vehicles
- Operate plow trucks or skid-steers to clear snow from commercial lots, driveways, and roadways (for qualified operators)
- Respond promptly to snow events, including early mornings, nights, and weekends as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure thorough and efficient snow removal
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to respond quickly when a storm hits
- Comfortable working outdoors in cold and snowy conditions
- Physically able to lift and shovel snow repeatedly during a shift
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license required for equipment operators
- Experience operating plow trucks or heavy equipment required for operator roles; entry-level positions require no prior experience
