Soccer Shots - FABW is seeking a passionate part-time soccer coach to serve children ages 2-8, working directly with daycare and childcare centers.

The Job:

• Bring Soccer Island alive with enthusiasm and creativity in daycare and childcare settings.

• Conduct soccer sessions for children ages 2 to 8, including set-up and take-down of the field.

• Collaborate closely and comfortably with daycare teachers and administrative staff to ensure a smooth, safe, and fun environment.

• Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and role modeling.

• Use Soccer Shots expert-designed curriculum and early childhood teaching techniques in every session.

• Follow all on-site safety and attendance protocols.

• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, teachers, and administrators.

Hours:

• Part-Time & Flexible: Choose your hours based on your availability and the needs of local childcare centers.

• Session Times: Morning weekday sessions, with times varying by season and location.

• Commitment: Typically 3 to 10 hours per week, depending on your schedule and program needs.

• Seasonal Availability: Update your availability each season (winter, spring, summer, fall) to fit your lifestyle and our programming.

Qualifications:

• No prior coaching or sports experience necessary.

• Genuine passion for working with children and sports.

• Energetic, engaging, responsible, and safety conscious.

• Comfortable collaborating with daycare and childcare professionals.

• Ability to adapt to the needs of kids ages 2-8.

• Access to reliable transportation.

• Ability to stand, jog, and model childrens soccer skills.

• Must have or be willing to obtain required state clearances.
