We are growing, and currently have several new, full-time, Building Automation Control Technician* positions available within our service and construction teams. These technicians will serve the greater Lancaster/Harrisburg Area as well as the Philadelphia/Delaware areas.

Role Description:

Technicians are the backbone of our success and the customer’s face-to-face support link, providing value, by ensuring the smooth overall operation of their building automation system. Your day will vary, and you will have the opportunity to be challenged while performing installations, programming, startups, commissioning, troubleshooting, and training.

Qualifications

• An upstanding individual who possesses qualities of dedication, commitment, and integrity. This will be an individual everyone can count on to be prompt and ethical.
• Prior knowledge and experience with HVAC control systems, operational theory of HVAC systems and IT networking are always a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mind set.
• Effective communication and customer service skills are a necessity.
