We are seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Sales Team Lead to join our dynamic team at our Altoona Honda dealership. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
• Train and coach sales team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to team members to support their professional development.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to ensure high morale and productivity within the team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in automotive sales with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Previous experience in a leadership or management role preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
