Junior PM/Project Coordinator
Kforce has a client in Philadelphia, PA that is seeking a Junior PM/Project Coordinator. Responsibilities:
- Prepare, initiate, and support front-end migration activities
- Manage migration inventory, including queuing, tracking, and status updates
- Coordinate migration readiness and execution with the IT Project Manager
- Track policies or items scheduled for migration and ensure accurate documentation
- Support communication and coordination across teams to ensure smooth migration progress
- Experience supporting projects or initiatives involving system migrations or data transitions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track, queue, and manage multiple work items
- Experience coordinating tasks with technical or IT project stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to communicate status updates and issues clearly and professionally
- Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
