Job Title: CDL A/B Driver
Location: Bristol, PA (routes to Chicago and surrounding regions)
Pay Rate: $23/hour
Schedule: Out-of-town travel 3 days per week
Hire Type: Temp-to-Hire option based on performance
Drug Test: Drug & Alcohol test through Quest Diagnostics

Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable CDL A or CDL B Driver to operate a refrigerated 26-ft box truck delivering frozen and dry grocery products. This role involves long-distance driving from Bristol to Chicago (approx. 800 miles one way), product handling, and maintaining accurate delivery documentation. The ideal candidate is safe, reliable, and able to manage both customer service and physical work.

What You Will Be Driving
• 26-ft refrigerated box truck (reefer)

What You Will Be Transporting
• Ice cream
• Frozen sweets
• Frozen vegetables
• Dry goods including cookies, rice, spices, and general grocery items

Key Responsibilities
• Safely drive a 26-ft refrigerated box truck for long-distance deliveries
• Deliver products to customer locations, including grocery stores, in a timely and professional manner
• Load and unload products as needed
• Complete delivery paperwork and documentation accurately
• Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle to ensure roadworthiness
• Follow company policies, DOT regulations, and safety requirements
• Maintain professionalism and calm communication in heavy traffic or challenging situations

Qualifications
• Valid CDL A or CDL B license
• Experience with delivery driving, customer interaction, or similar work
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move heavy products
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work under deadlines
• Must pass a Drug & Alcohol test (Quest Diagnostics)

Travel Details
• Driver will travel out of town approximately 3 days per week
• Routes regularly extend to Chicago (approx. 800 miles one direction)
