responsibilities:
- Execute Functional Testing: Perform full functional testing on solar inverters, converters, and drives, including insulation, Hi-Pot, I/O verification, and cooling system performance.
- Troubleshoot & Improve: Independently troubleshoot equipment, identify manufacturing issues, and implement cost-effective solutions to continuously drive productivity and product quality.
- Develop Test Plans: Create comprehensive test plans, establish test procedure requirements, and participate in developing processes that ensure equipment manufacturability.
- Ensure Safety & Compliance: Promote a zero-defect, safety-first culture by strictly adhering to EHS requirements (including LOTO processes) and aligning test methods with IEC and UL standards.
- Collaborate & Report: Prepare routine test reports, capture lessons learned, communicate design requirements to engineering, and lead customer witness factory acceptance testing.
