Job Title: Process Technician

Location: Erie, PA on-site

Salary: From $20.00 - $27.00 /hr DOE

Requirements: HS Diploma or Equivalent, Previous Hands-on experience in a Manufacturing Environment preferred, Blueprints, Troubleshoooting, Documentation, Plastics or injection molding experience preferred

Position Overview
The Process Technician is responsible for overseeing and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. This role involves troubleshooting equipment problems, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with team members to implement process improvements. Right now PM shifts are in high demand, if open to PM shifts, please mention.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
• Conduct regular equipment maintenance to ensure optimal operation.
• Assist in quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Perform root cause analysis on process deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Support technical initiatives and assist in calibration of equipment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Process Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment maintenance practices.
• Experience with documentation and adherence to safety compliance standards.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and metrics.
• Ability to perform data analysis for process optimization.
• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.
• Nice to have: Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 7 standards, Lean Manufacturing principles, and Product Testing methodologies.
