The Bradley Center is expanding our Outpatient Services Program, and we’re looking for passionate clinicians who want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children, adults, and families across our community.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed treatment across a variety of service settings, including traditional outpatient therapy, psychiatric and medication management support, and school-based mental health services, allowing for meaningful community impact and diverse clinical experience.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Build meaningful, trusting relationships with clients
- Conduct assessments, diagnose, and provide effective therapeutic interventions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor and evaluate client progress over time
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

Requirements
- Master’s degree in a recognized clinical discipline required
- Completion of a clinical practicum required
- Licensure in Pennsylvania (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist) preferred
- NCC or LSW preferred
- Experience with diagnosis and therapy preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
