Yale Electric Supply, an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Branch Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position will be located in our Reading, PA location.Hours: Monday - Friday 4:30 am - 2:30 pm Key Responsibilities: Unload morning truck, check stock in, verify, and store incoming materials accurately. Pick, stage, and prepare orders for delivery or will-call with attention to detail. Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, wire cutters) safely and efficiently. Perform cycle counts, inventory checks, and maintain warehouse cleanliness. Tag and label materials, process shipping documentation, and assist with returns or discrepancies. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Support general warehouse duties and contribute to a safe, organized work environment. Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. General computer knowledge. Ability to work overtime as needed. Prior warehouse experience strongly preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in variable warehouse conditions. Strong attention to detail, basic math and reading skills. Comfortable with ladders, forklifts, and handling physical tasks. Team-oriented, dependable, and able to follow instructions clearly. Forklift experience is strongly preferred.
