Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Adult Behavioral Outpatient Services
Location: Sharon Hill, PA 19079 (All shifts available)
Compensation: Up to $56/hour (Depending on Experience)

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Adult Behavioral

Outpatient Services team in Sharon Hill, PA. This role focuses on providing care and support to adults with serious mental illness, including administering long-acting injections and dispensing Clozapine medication as part of Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer long-acting psychiatric injections
• Dispense and monitor Clozapine medication
• Deliver high-quality nursing care in an outpatient behavioral health setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery-focused treatment
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Provide education to clients and families regarding mental illness and treatment plans
• Participate in treatment planning and implementation in accordance with ACT guidelines

Programs Served:

Assertive Community Treatment (ACT):
An intensive, community-based approach providing comprehensive services for individuals with serious mental illness who have not benefitted from traditional models of care.
Adult Behavioral Health (ABH):
Offering support in mental health and addiction recovery, including outpatient services that focus on helping individuals overcome behavioral challenges and achieve long-term wellness.

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) – Required
• Minimum of 3 years of current nursing experience – Required
• Experience working with individuals with mental illness – Required
• Must have complete and up-to-date documentation
