Videographer & Editor
- Rate: $75/hr.
- Location: Onsite in Philly for C-Suite Interviews the remotely for editing.

- Produce a 60-second corporate storytelling video from concept through final delivery.
- Conduct and film interviews with C-suite executives and key stakeholders in the Philadelphia area.
- Direct interview subjects to ensure authentic, conversational, and compelling on-camera performances.
- Ask provided interview questions while guiding talent to capture impactful sound bites.
- Capture professional-quality video and audio using your own camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Identify compelling story arcs and edit footage into an engaging narrative.
- Deliver a polished video optimized for website, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Vimeo, and other digital platforms.
- Manage all aspects of post-production, including editing, color correction, sound mixing, graphics, and music as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to incorporate feedback and deliver final assets on schedule.
- 5+ years of professional videography, producing, and video editing experience.
- Must have a flexible schedule and be available for on-site interviews w/C Suite in Philadelphia.
- Demonstrated experience producing executive interview and corporate storytelling videos.
- Strong portfolio featuring corporate, nonprofit, philanthropic, or mission-driven storytelling content.
- Experience interviewing and directing C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent storytelling instincts with the ability to build emotionally engaging narratives.
- Must own professional camera, audio, lighting, and editing equipment.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of cinematography, interview lighting, audio capture, composition, and editing best practices.
- Professional, polished demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly detail-oriented and able to work independently while managing project timelines.
