NOW HIRING: Healthcare Support Specialist | Hybrid
Location: Harrisburg, PA (Hybrid: 2 days onsite / 3 days remote)
Compensation: $21/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Overview
A-Line Staffing is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Healthcare Support Specialist to support autism service programs for a state healthcare agency. This role involves program support, data tracking, reporting, provider coordination, and responding to inquiries from families and agencies.
Responsibilities
- Respond to phone and email inquiries
- Track and organize program data and reports
- Analyze data and identify trends
- Assist with provider enrollment and outreach
- Maintain accurate records in state systems
- Support compliance and quality monitoring activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Education, Sociology, or related field
OR - Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Administrative or healthcare support experience
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
