Residential Program Supervisor

Position: Program Supervisor – Residential Group Home Setting
Pay Rate: $23.90/hour, paid weekly
Location: Broomall, PA 19008
Schedule: Full-time, varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Overview

Jento Solutions Inc. is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and reliable Program Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a residential group home serving individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health needs. This leadership role is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards, and maintaining a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment that promotes dignity, independence, and overall well-being.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license with a clean 3-year driving record
• Reliable transportation required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Resume must clearly demonstrate prior experience in residential group homes, direct care, and/or supervisory roles working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities or mental health needs
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
• Strong reading, writing, and communication skills
• Must pass a physical exam and all required background clearances

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the group home to ensure consistent 24/7 care
• Supervise, train, and support direct care staff
• Coordinate and monitor individualized care plans and ensure program compliance
• Respond promptly to incidents, staffing needs, and individual concerns
• Maintain accurate documentation, including shift logs, care notes, and petty cash records
• Ensure proper implementation of health, safety, and regulatory procedures
• Provide hands-on support, including assistance with hygiene, mobility, and behavioral needs
• Administer medications in accordance with training and company policies
• Participate in licensing surveys, audits, and program improvement initiatives
• Communicate effectively with families, staff, and external partners
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked home environment

Equipment Used

Mechanical and manual lifts (including Hoyer lifts), wheelchairs, adjustable beds, medical equipment, office systems, and company vehicles
