Project coordinator

McGrew Construction Services is a full-service, veteran-owned general contracting company delivering exceptional results across commercial, industrial, and public sector projects. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our operations team and ensure projects run smoothly from office to field.

What You'll Do

• Provide daily administrative, project and sales support to the Operations Manager and/or field Teams.
• Assist with answer phones, maintain filing systems, and complete accurate data entry.
• Organize and track project documents, timesheets, and compliance records.
• Review crew timecards, verify job costs, and ensure compliance with prevailing wage/Davis-Bacon requirements.
• Serve as a communication bridge between field crews and office staff, assisting with scheduling.
• Maintain driver and vehicle maintenance logs, according to USDOT regulations.
• Coordinate material ordering, delivery tracking, inventory, and vendor coordination.
• Assist with updating schedules, progress reports, and other project documentation.
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times.

Must-Haves

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., stand/walk for extended periods, and work in varying weather conditions.
• Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience, preferred.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Resume and professional references.

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior construction or field office experience.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards, safety compliance, and construction documentation.
