Social Media Coordinator

Chapin Aesthetics is a respected plastic surgery and medical aesthetics practice in Bucks County, led by board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Scott Chapin. We're looking for a creative, organized Social Media Coordinator to help elevate our digital presence and tell the story of our practice online.

This role is ideal for someone who loves short-form video, understands beauty/aesthetics social trends, and is comfortable working directly with providers ad staff to capture authentic, on-brand content.

Job Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Publishing:

Plan, create, edit and publish 4-5 in feed posts per week across Instagram, Facebook, and other key platforms (tik-Tok, YouTube sorts as appropriate)

Develop a strategic mix of: Educational content(procedures, treatments, FAQs), Trending content (platform trends, audio, formats). Brand-forward content (team, culture, patient journey, practice highlights).

Write clear, compelling on brand captions with strong hooks and calls- to- action.

Align content with practice promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.

Come on-site once per month for structured content capture days with the Chapin Aesthetic team.

Capture a minimum of 8 short-form videos per month (Reels/Shorts) plus photos for ongoing use.

Edit short-form videos (cutting, trimming, adding text graphics, music and simple transitions) to ensure they are polished and ready to post.

Direct providers and staff on camera, helping them feel comfortable and ensuring content remains natural, engaging and on-brand.

Monitor and manage social media engagement, including: Direct messages, comments, Basic collaboration inquiries, respond promptly in a professional, warm, brand-aligned tone.

Flag high-intent leads. potential partnerships, or issues to the internal team.

Maintain consistent visual and verbal brand standards across platforms.

Stay current on aesthetic industry trends, platform updates, and best practices; proactively bring fresh ideas.

Provide a simple monthly metrics recap (growth, reach, engagement, top-performing posts) and basic recommendations for improvement.

We are looking for 1-3 years of experience in social media management or content creation. Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video( Tik-Tok, Shorts and Reels). Comfortable filming and directing content in a clinical/professional environment.

Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.

Highly organized, self-directed, and reliable with deadlines.

Professional, discreet, and comfortable working in a medical aesthetics setting.

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
