Typical Responsibilities

• Wellness and preventative care
• Sick patient exams and diagnostics
• Treatment planning and client communication
• Soft tissue surgery and dentistry (preferred but not required)
• Medical record documentation
• Collaboration with technicians and support staff

Preferred Experience

• Comfortable managing GP appointments independently
• Ability to adapt quickly to different hospital workflows
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with high-volume caseloads is a plus
• Surgical and dental proficiency welcomed but not mandatory

Requirements

• DVM/VMD degree or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited university
• NAVLE
• ECFVG or PAVE if attended a non-AVMA-accredited university
• DEA, State, and USDA licenses (can be acquired when hired)
