Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely, accurate, and friendly support . You’ll help resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Pay Rate $20 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers via phone and in person


• Document customer interactions in our CRM system

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a customer support or service role (1–3 years preferred)


• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.


• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.


• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.


• Familiarity with Outlook, Word and CCCOne


• Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset.


• Experience with scheduling


• High school diploma or equivalent
