Bartender – Part-Time

Schedule: Must be available to work weekends and all major holidays

We are currently seeking professional, service-oriented Bartenders to join our team. Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Minimum 1–2 years of bartending experience in a comparable high-volume setting
• Availability to work weekends and all major holidays
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, including standard drink recipes
• Basic math skills and the ability to handle money accurately
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to stay organized during busy shifts
• Experience with POS systems
• High level of professionalism, dependability, and reliability
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to consistently maintain portion control, recipe standards, and presentation expectations

Essential Functions

• Review remaining stock and beverage products from the previous shift; prepare and stock the bar based on prep list and par levels
• Accurately receive, mix, and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests and servers
• Maintain full bar stock throughout the shift with support from bussers or management
• Provide knowledgeable service to guests dining at the bar, including full menu guidance and takeout assistance
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation at all times
• Act as cashier for servers, accurately handling transactions through the POS system
• Properly close out the bar at the end of each shift, reconciling the POS and organizing shift paperwork
• Operate all bar equipment safely and notify management of any equipment needs or hazards
