Construction Project Manager
Aboutthe Role:
As a ConstructionProject Manager, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to adedicated Life Sciences client account in Central NJ including sites atRaritan, Somerset and Titusville NJ to help achieve the client company'sstrategic business objectives.
Thisis not a remote role and does require onsite presence.
Thisjob is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for themanagement of projects from initiation through completion.
WhatYou'll Do:

Develop capital plans for various Facilities projects for all stages and be responsible for portfolio management and project execution for a dedicated Life Sciences client. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.

Interact directly with the client's site lead to manage and lead all projects including preparing all elements of the project, including the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.

Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.

Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements.

Ensure project data integrity and documentation are accurate, timely, and coordinated.

Direct the project delivery team by providing mentorship and direction to achieve goals.

Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and report status and variances.

Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.

Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.

Mentor others and share in-depth knowledge of own your job subject area and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.

Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.

Work within broad guidelines and policies and explain difficult or sensitive information.

Other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need:
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United Stateswithout the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Bachelor's Degree preferred with at least 5 years of proven experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.

General knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices and the ability to read architectural drawings.

Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information with a willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.

Interpersonal skills with a sophisticated inquisitive mentality.

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $130,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $150,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
