Cell Culture Technician
Location : Philadelphia, PA 19104
Duration : Until 12/18/2026 Requirements
B.S. in chemical engineering, chemistry, biochemistry, or biology/molecular biology
Mammalian cell culture experience, especially aseptic suspension culture in shake flasks
Preparation of buffers, reagents, media, and solutions under sterile conditions
Aseptic techniques
Laboratory equipment operation, maintenance & experiments
Familiarity with viral vector-related work (AAV preferred, not mandatory)
Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) documentation
