Full-Time | High-Production Opportunity
Schedule
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Practice Overview
This established and highly productive oral and maxillofacial surgery practice in Paoli, Pennsylvania offers a unique opportunity for a surgeon to step into a high-demand, referral-driven environment . The practice is led by an experienced surgeon and supported by a strong clinical team, including four dedicated surgical assistants .
The office is equipped with CBCT technology and currently features four surgical operatories , with the ability to expand as patient volume continues to grow. This is a busy practice with significant surgical demand, creating the potential for a surgeon to quickly build a full schedule and maximize production.

Paoli is a desirable suburban community located just outside of Philadelphia , offering a balance of suburban living with easy access to a major metropolitan area. The region is known for its strong referral networks, excellent schools, and high quality of life.
With proximity to the Main Line and surrounding affluent communities, this area provides a strong patient base and significant growth potential for a surgical provider.
Position Summary
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join a high-performing practice following an unexpected vacancy. This is a priority hire with immediate patient demand and the ability to become highly productive from day one.
The ideal candidate is confident, efficient, and motivated to take advantage of a strong referral base while delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery including extractions, implants, bone grafting, and surgical procedures within scope of training
- Utilize CBCT imaging for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
- Communicate effectively with patients and referring providers
- Collaborate with an experienced surgical team to ensure efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Maintain high clinical standards, documentation, and ethical care practices
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Completion of a CODA-accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible preferred
- Active Pennsylvania dental license (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Highly competitive compensation based on collections or production (typically 40–45%)
- Expected earning potential: $500,000 – $1,000,000+ annually , depending on production
