As a Commercial Roofer, you will be responsible for tear off, installing, repairing, and maintaining various roofing structures, contributing to the success of large-scale construction and restoration projects. Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
• Prepare roofing surfaces by cleaning, patching, or replacing damaged materials to ensure proper adhesion and longevity
• Perform heavy lifting of materials such as shingles, metal panels, insulation, and other roofing components safely and efficiently
• Apply caulking, sealants, or other waterproofing agents to prevent leaks and enhance roof durability

Skills

• Experience with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy machinery used in roofing projects
• Knowledge of various roofing materials including metal, membrane, asphalt shingles, and built-up systems
• Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and ability to perform heavy lifting safely
• Hands-on experience with restoration work or remodeling projects involving roofing components

Pay: $20.00 - $60.67 per hour
