Responsibilities & Role
- Responsible for monthly Quality Checks (inspections) of assigned facilities
- Assist with new hire training, retraining, and coverages of assigned facilities
- Directly oversee and supervise cleaning staff in the evenings at their various facilities
- Field any cleaning issues, problem-solve, and ensure cleaning quality is upheld
- Manage and maintain supplies and equipment at each facility (vacuums, vacuum bags, mop buckets, mops, carts, storage areas/shelving, towels, cleaning products, etc.)
- Stock locations when performing inspections under the direction of the Regional Manager
Skills/Requirements
- General Requirements
- High school diploma
- At least 2 years of commercial cleaning experience
- Completion of our Janitorial Supervisor Training Program
- Ongoing janitorial certification and specialty training
- Must have valid drivers license, clean driving record, and own reliable vehicle

- Preferences
- Associate's Degree
- At least 1 year of management experience leading a team, training, and supervising
- Janitorial training certifications
- Skills

- Confident, self-motivated, takes initiative, positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism, organized/productive, manages time well, desires to learn, able to problem solve, walks with integrity and honesty, and trustworthy
- Has technical knowledge of chemicals, equipment, and commercial cleaning duties ○
- Leadership skills, exemplifying servant leadership
Schedule
- Full time and part time work available
- Must have open availability, 7x week, evenings and weekends, and be on call as needed for coverages
- A set scheduled will be given in evenings and weekends
Compensation & Benefits
- $15 - $17 per hour depending on experience and skills
- Use of company vehicle when facilities are more than 15 mile radius from the main office
- If full-time, after 30 days: Dental insurance, vision insurance, & SIMPLE IRA 3% match
- If full-time, PTO days per employee handbook
